A T-series tactical droid served under the Chevin Major Hoom Garaf of the Confederacy of Independent Systems at the Third Battle of Aefao during the Clone Wars. Like all T-series tactical droids built by Baktoid Combat Automata, Garaf's tactical droid struggled with interactions and disagreements with organic beings. Because of this, the droid executed Garaf during the battle at the world Aefao due to a disagreement between them. This caused a chaotic firefight in the Separatist rear guard, which ultimately allowed the Galactic Republic to win the battle.
