The master of the Nikto slave Horoth Gendi was a member of the Hutt species, and bequeathed the Nikto Sector, a region of the moon Nar Shaddaa, to Gendi after the Nikto saved the Hutt's life in an act of quick-thinking violence. Gendi soon formed his own gang and ended his servitude to the Hutt.
