Jafan

Jafan was a general and eventual king of the Royal House of the planet Naboo. During the Time of Suffering, a roughly two-century-long civil war between Naboo city-states, General Jafan united the factions through force of will and military strength, ushering in the Great Time of Peace, a golden age for Naboo.

Jafan became the first king of the new era, and in 832 BBY, they directed the construction of the Royal Palace in the newly founded capital city of Theed. The palace was built in the heart of the city in tribute to King Jafan, with a network of streets and plazas stretching out from it. Jafan also built the handcrafted Turret Room and a small temple at the rear of the palace, the latter of which would be used by Naboo's monarchs to pay homage to their predecessors.
