Jun Tarpilan was a captain in the Galactic Alliance Defense Fleet who fought at the Second Battle of Fondor who was acting very much unlike himself during the battle, due to Darth Caedus' battle meditation. He was known to be an old-school type of commander and very formal. He would later apologize for his language, confused after Caedus stopped using battle meditation.
