Junk Armada's "admiral"

An eccentric individual was the "admiral" of the Junk Armada—a collection of decommissioned ships that was yoked together by magnetic fields and traveled through the galaxy—by 3643 BBY. Around that year, the Junk Armada passed through a sector of space at the same time an individual affiliated with one of the factions in the then-ongoing struggle between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire was there.

The individual sent a companion to search the Junk Armada for any useful items. The "admiral" became fond of the companion and allowed them to search those vessels that remained more intact. The companion subsequently returned from the Junk Armada with a large haul of scrap materials.
