Keer was a bounty hunter and a member of Hal'Lath Quadruplets who was active during the reign of the Galactic Empire. In 3 ABY, Lady Domina Tagge of the House of Tagge placed a bounty on rogue archaeologist Doctor Chelli Lona Aphra. The Quadruplets traveled to Arveesh Station where they encountered Aphra, though their attempt to capture the doctor was thwarted when she overheated their speeder bike.
