Kestrel

Kestrel was a male Imperial cadet that attended the Coruscant Naval Academy. He and Flinn were assigned by Maggis to monitor the newly arrived Lune Oddo Divinian. When Trever Flume arrived at the Academy under the alias of Fortin, Kestrel berated him for not wearing his hat as per regulations. In a flight class, the students were assigned to combat each other two by two. Lune and Trever managed to beat them and Kestrel was one of the considerations for the next Imperial project before it was turned to Lune. However, Kestrel witnessed Maggis' betrayal and tried to activate the security system, but Maggis, Trever, and Lune already escaped.
