The Lawquane family, also known as the Lawquanes, were a family of farmers from the planet Saleucami. Cut Lawquane was a clone trooper who deserted the Grand Army of the Republic after surviving a Separatist attack on his troop transport during the Clone Wars. The former trooper became a member of the Lawquanes, having married the Twi'lek female Suu Lawquane and becoming the adoptive father of her children, the human-Twi'lek hybrids Shaeeah Lawquane and Jek Lawquane. After the Clone Wars, the Lawquanes abandoned their farm on Saleucami as the Galactic Empire rose to power.
