Maradaine

Maradaine was a goddess worshipped by the Neimoidian species. Alongside fellow goddess Aven, Maradaine was known for telling the Unraveled Tale. A statue of the two goddesses was a major landmark in Zarra, the capital city of the planet Cato Neimoidia. In 22 BBY, Minister Alluv Eyam of the Cato Neimoidian government mentioned the statue of Aven while ruminating about Neimoidian culture at a trial being held for Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, who had been framed for crimes relating to the destruction of Zarra's Cadesura district.
