Nawara Blen was a Twi'lek criminal who lived during the waning years of the Galactic Republic. Blen worked for a smuggling operation established by a Human and at some point during the Clone Wars, Blen was present in Tolea Biqua on the planet Genarius, with the Rodians Teeku and Koobis. Using a modified transponder, the trio summoned the starship Starchaser IV to Docking Bay 27 in Tolea Biqua, and requested that the ship's crew transport a crate of illicit goods to Jan.
