Nobah

Nobah was a male alien prefect whose community paid tribute to the Neo-Imperial warlord Barro for protection during the New Republic Era. During or after 11 ABY, Barro informed Nobah and five other local leaders that he was increasing the tribute they owed, causing the alien to object since they were already operating at a loss and were plagued by piracy. Barro took this as a criticism of his protection and shot Nobah dead with his blaster pistol.
