Okut Dand was a silver-whiskered Tarsunt who transported a consignment of bergruutfa from Port Mackie to the Marat system sometime between the Battle of Jedha and the Night of Sorrow. His crew had abandoned him, which led to Yana Ro and Werth Plouth volunteering to help on his transport in exchange for secret passage to the Path of the Open Hand's homeworld of Dalna.
