Opeli Mors

Opeli Mors was a female Human member of the newly formed Jin'ri trade syndicate during the Yuuzhan Vong War. In 29 ABY, she served as the syndicate's representative at a meeting concerning the formation of a network to facilitate Jedi movement and to aid refugees across the war-torn regions of the galaxy. Held aboard Shelter station, the meeting was attended by Hutt underground representative Bana Besadii Diori, New Plympto resistance member Numa Rar, Shelter owner Lando Calrissian, and members of the Solo family: Han, Leia and Jacen Solo. During the discussions, Mors defended the syndicate's business practices after Leia accused it of exploiting war refugees, offered the syndicate's services in exchange for payment, and offered the loan of a ship at no charge as a goodwill investment in the project.
