Ozon Nimbee

Ozon Nimbee was a male Keteerian real estate developer who lived during the High Republic Era. Between 233 BBY and 232 BBY, Jedi Padawan Celesta Kami and Jedi Initiates Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and Nubs encountered the developer in Black Spire Outpost on the Outer Rim planet Batuu. Nimbee attempted to persuade the people of the outpost to permit him to cut down many of the iconic spires surrounding it for the development of new buildings. Although the people were intrigued by his claims of a bigger, better Batuu focused on cosmopolitan amenities, they immediately turned against Nimbee when they realized it would require cutting down the spires. He was nevertheless able to pivot their attention away to elicit a positive response.

Following his sales pitch, Kami and the young Jedi discovered a group of sabotage droids cutting down spires in the forest near the outpost. They trailed the droids back to Nimbee's ship and soon confronted the man during a subsequent community pitch. Nimbee pulled the Jedi away to explain that he was testing if the droids were able to cut through spires, which he found to be eyesores.

When the Jedi revealed his true intentions to cut down all the spires, Nimbee decided to release his swarm of sabotage droids on Black Spire Outpost to demonstrate their capabilities and get his way. The Jedi and townsfolk quickly mobilized to fend off the attacking droids, but one of Nimbee's droids successfully transected the spire overlooking the Milk Stand, nearly crushing the structure before the Jedi caught it with the Force. Counting his losses, Nimbee fled Black Spire in search of another location to build his fancy outpost.

Later, Nimbee set his sights on developing a resort on the Outer Rim planet Tenoo, where the Jedi Initiates Brighstar, Solay, and Nubs were based. While the Jedi were assisting their pilot droid friend 0G-LC to painstakingly excavate fossils of a long-extinct creature known as a raka. Nimbee arrived to the site of his proposed resort with his scooper droids, only for the Jedi and 0G-LC to try and persuade him to not bulldoze the land for the sake of preserving the fossils. Nimbee was unmoved and feigned interest in seeing the most unearthed fossil in a deep pit. With the others distracted by the bones, Nimbee reeled in his grappling hook and sliced the others' cables, trapping them below. Now unimpeded, Nimbee retrieved his bulldozer and reactivated his scooper droids to begin flattening the landscape. Soon, however, the Jedi managed to escape the pit. They fought Nimbee as he drove his bulldozer, eventually causing him to crash it into the deep pit. Nimbee barely managed to leap out of the vehicle before it fell, and was devastated by the thwarting of his plans. Seeing that he would not succeed, he fled the planet aboard his starship.
