Qal

Stinky Qal was crooked contractor who was a friend of Cularin Syndicate assassin Anglang Lehet. Qal drowned decades before 34 ABY. While visiting the city of Canto Bight on the planet Cantonica that year, Lehet remembered his old friend while wondering how many people had died constructing Canto Bight's artificial ocean.
