Qaterman was an individual who was a member of Saw Gerrera's Partisans during the Imperial Era. Around 19 BBY, Qaterman was killed by a blaster bolt fired by the Heptooinian Haki Zeophrine on Eyo-Dajuritz while they and other guerrillas attempted to overwhelm Zeophrine and Senator Bail Prestor Organa. The death of Qaterman greatly upset the Partisan Vorgorath.
