Heptooinians were a sentient species that originated from the Heptooine system. Kaljach Sonmi and Haki Zeophrine were members of this species.
Heptooinians had a humanoid posture, gray skin and flat noseless faces with long ears. They had an organ at their neck that could store half an hour worth of oxygen. It was a vestigial organ left over from a precursor species of the Heptooinians and as such was often removed during childhood.
