Canon Linked from 1 article
Qui-Gon's varactyl served the Pijali monarchy, residing in the palace stables of the Inner Rim planet Pijal during the Republic Era. In 40 BBY, it was the mount for Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn in the ceremonial Grand Hunt held before the Pijali Princess Fanry's coronation. However, after the crab droid serving as the hunt's prey attacked Fanry, Jinn leapt off his Pijal varactyl to come to her aid.
