Rask Odai was a male Mon Calamari crime lord who operated on Lothal during the early years of the Galactic Empire's reign. As a front for his criminal activities, Odai used the Twin Horns Storage company, whose public face was a Devaronian underling named Cikatro Vizago. Through these means, Odai quietly seized economic control of Lothal.
