Redlio was a Twi'lek female who worked as a huntress for crime lords in the Inner Rim region of the galaxy. At some point between 0 ABY and 4 ABY, the woman worked as a spy for Sandwind Team, an infamous six-person team of the Rebel Alliance that conducted their work on the Outer Rim planet Sriluur's Lesser Cueva Expanse. The success of several Rebel missions was owed to the intelligence resources of the team.
