Ri'kan Kateen, known to the Hidden Chain as Hibir of Heta Kol, was a Force-sensitive Twi'lek male who lived at the Mek-Sha Home for Lost Children during the time of the Old Republic, and later in life became a Mandalorian and a member of the Hidden Chain.
