Ric Farazi

Ric Farazi was a female Zeltron reporter who attempted to investigate the Path of the Open Hand on the planet Dalna. Having never sold a story, Farazi wanted to get the big scoop on the Path after their involvement in the Battle of Jedha. She initially intended to stay in Lady Jara's lodging house in the town of Ferdan, but was invited to stay in the Path compound by Marda Ro. There, she quickly fell ill with an unknown sickness and was later discovered by Jedi Padawan Matthea Cathley and Jedi Knight Oliviah Zeveron. The three were transported back to Ferdan by Yana Ro, where an unconscious Farazi was examined by Doctor Nindle. His conclusion was that she had been poisoned, and linked her case to that of a young boy who had eaten at the Path's soup kitchen. Without knowing exactly what toxin she had ingested, Dr. Nindle was unable to save Farazi's life.
