Rosh Joth was a human male smuggler and thief who was captured alive by the bounty hunter Din Djarin in 9 ABY. Djarin froze Joth in carbonite and stored the criminal on his ST-70 assault ship, the Razor Crest. He transported Joth and three other frozen prisoners to the planet Nevarro, where he handed them over to the Bounty Hunters' Guild Magistrate Greef Karga in Nevarro City and claimed the bounties on them.
