Seer Lonnel was a male Ugnaught engineer who worked for the Helmet Squad in Desolation Alley during the waning years of the Galactic Republic. Around 32 BBY, he was a snitch for the Helmet Squad and the Correctional Authority, which was why Sebolto posted a bounty on his head to 'shut up' permanently. Seer Lonnel was killed by the Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett for 1,000 credits sometime after the battle of Naboo.
