Serimirl was a mysterious near-Human loyal to the crime lord Jabba the Hutt. She was installed as the head of one of the Hutt's dummy corporations in the Outer Rim Territories around 2 BBY. After Jabba was killed in 4 ABY, she removed potential sympathizers to her rivals from her organization and pulled it back to wait and see what would happen.
Eventually, Serimirl discovered members of the Rebel Alliance contributed to his death and vowed revenge against them. Following the formation of the Alliance's New Republic, members of governments allied with the Republic were killed under her direction.
