Slammer

Slammer was a clone trooper pilot who served in the Galactic Republic's Navy during the Clone Wars, and by 22 BBY, was serving under the call sign "Blue Three" in Blue Squadron. That same year, Blue Squadron was part of the Republic strike force dispatched to the planet Ryloth to eradicate a Confederate blockade around the world. Led by Jedi Commander Ahsoka Tano, Blue Squadron was tasked with destroying the Confederacy fleet's flagship. However, as the squadron made its way towards the enemy flagship, the Republic fleet met heavy resistance from the Confederacy's Vulture droid starfighters and Munificent-class frigates, forcing the strike forces' commanders—Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and Admiral Wullf Yularen—to order a retreat. Blue Squadron eventually returned to the Republic's command ship, but not before all but two of Blue Squadrons' ten clone trooper pilots were killed—including Slammer.
