Sunnim was a male Bothan pilot who served the Mirialan bounty hunter Baasen Ray during the Galactic Civil War. Sunnim followed his boss when Ray joined forces with Han Solo to help the latter prevent the Galactic Empire from obtaining the hyperspace nullifier superweapon designed by the extinct K'kybak on the planet Seymarti V. Sunnim, however, was killed when he was stung in the throat by a beautiful deadly butterfly creature native to the planet.
