Svor Clan

The Svor Clan was a giant clan that lived on Bartokan V, the home planet of the sentient Bonbrak species. The clan worshipped the Bonbrak, who they knew as the barat-karabak—which translated to "fierce teeth"—as gods. At one point, they requested that the Galactic Republic classify the barat-karabak as a protected species, which was granted. In 230 BBY, the Shani singer Crufeela informed Jedi Padawan Ram Jomaram of the Svor Clan and their request for the special protection classification assigned to the Bonbrak when he brought the Shani a Bonbrak for her to eat as part of a plan to have Crufeela removed from taking part in the annual Finance Ball on the Core Worlds planet Corellia.
