Tanno Vik's mother was a female Weequay living during the Great Galactic War. She died while putting her son Tanno Vik on a ship to Nar Shaddaa, where he grew up an orphan. While Vik did not talk about his mother to other people, he did not tolerate insults to her either and believed that she was the best mother he could have.
