Vice Admiral Terrinald Screed was a human male who served the Galactic Empire as an officer of the Imperial Navy, along with being a high-ranking member of the Naval Intelligence Agency, in the years following the end of the Clone Wars. Before the Clone Wars, he was an officer within the Galactic Republic's Judicial Department during the Separatist Crisis and was a supporter of the Military Creation Act, which allowed the creation of the Grand Army of the Republic. Screed eventually perished during a confrontation with pirates.
