Tra-Skan-Lor was a male Tiss'shar, who served as the Director of the Special Acquisitions Branch of the Library of the Republic some centuries before the Imperial era.
Tra-Skan-Lor was intrigued by the recently released Sayings of Emperor Uueg Tching of Atrisia and made his subordinates familarise themselves with the works, causing the Sayings to become deeply embeded within the culture of the Special Acquisitions Branch for the following centuries.
