Tyno Fabris was a male Arkanian who served as a lieutenant of the Black Sun vigo Prince Xizor during the early years of the Galactic Empire. Fabris maintained an office within the Oyu'baat tapcafe in the city Keldabe, on the planet Mandalore. In about 18 BBY, the Jedi Knight Jax Pavan met with Fabris and attempted to negotiate with Fabris to obtain details regarding the location of Thi Xon Yimmon—the captured leader of the Whiplash resistance group—in return for pyronium.
