A Chadra-Fan rebel was a member of the Sullustan resistance, a rebel cell that began operations on the planet Sullust during the Galactic Civil War. In 3 ABY, after the cell attacked the Inyusu Tor mineral processing facility, the Galactic Empire imposed crackdowns and tracked down the rebel VCX-150 freighter Keepsake. The Chadra-Fan was aboard the ship and hid in a conduit when stormtroopers boarded it. The stormtroopers found and questioned the rebel, but before it could be taken away it set off a detonator in a suicide attack that killed several of the troopers.
