A Chiss acted as a messenger for Force Commander Mitth'raw'nuruodo, core name "Thrawn," aboard the Chiss Expansionary Fleet vessel Springhawk in 27 BBY. That year, the messenger informed the Corellian smuggler Jorj Car'das that Thrawn requested his presence in Forward Visual Triangulation Site Number One.
