Unidentified droid (Citadel)

A droid led the Citadel Separatist holdout during the Imperial Era and was malfunctioning, though sophisticated. During this time, the droid followed its last directive from the Clone Wars, and adjusted its programming to allow a more wide-ranging definition of its targets, which resulted in it targeting all Force-sensitives. At one point, the droid kidnapped a Force-sensitive child and imprisoned them at the Citadel.
