An Imperial naval inspector had allegedly died in 5 BBY. Dee Shambo and Nisus Osar, members of the Ministry of Enlightenment, used the death as part of an Anti-Ghorman whispering campaign to turn galactic opinion against the Ghorman people. During a secret Imperial meeting at the Maltheen Divide, Shambo and Osar revealed their usage of the naval inspector's death to imperial officials present a the meeting as part of the planned Imperial suppression of the planet Ghorman.
