This individual was a Rodian dealer of glitterstim bites at a pedestrian market on the planet Coruscant.
In 44 ABY, the Rodian sold glitterstim bites to an Aqualish assassin at the market. The Aqualish warned the Rodian that if the spice was not genuine, he would return and kill him. Frightened, the Rodian assured the Aqualish that it was genuine and gave him an extra bag of glitterstim bites free of charge before fleeing.
