A glitterstim bite was a confection consisting of a tiny quantity of glitterstim encased in a lightproof, sweet carbohydrate shell.
In 44 ABY, A Rodian dealer sold glitterstim bites to an Aqualish assassin at a pedestrian market on the planet Coruscant. The Aqualish warned the Rodian that if the spice wasn't genuine, he would return and kill him. Frightened, the Rodian assured the Aqualish that it was genuine and gave him an extra bag of glitterstim bites free of charge.
