A stormtrooper served under an Inquisitor during the Imperial Era. At some point between 4 BBY and 3 BBY while on an Imperial-class Star Destroyer, the stormtrooper reported to the Inquisitor that they had received a signal from the planet below them, stating it could be a Jedi that survived the Great Jedi Purge. The signal was accidentally sent by T0-B1, a Force-sensitive droid belonging to Jedi Master Mitaka. After receiving the report from the trooper, the Inquisitor traveled to the planet and killed Mitaka.
As a human stormtrooper of the Galactic Empire's Stormtrooper Corps, they wore white stormtrooper armor and carried an E-11 medium blaster rifle.
