This T-series tactical droid served in the Separatist Droid Army during the Clone Wars. In 22 BBY, he led his droid forces to capture a Galactic Republic information bunker, hoping to gain valuable information about the Grand Army of the Republic. However, the bunker was revealed to be a trap, and the tactical droid's forces were ambushed by Republic clone troopers. The tactical droid fled inside the bunker, where he was cornered and destroyed by Jedi General Aayla Secura, who then took his cranial unit in order to perform a robolobotomy to uncover the secrets it held.
