Unidentified Urchiv-ki traffic controller

An Urchiv-ki male served as a traffic controller of Urch Planetary and Space Control, which controlled space traffic around the Unknown Regions planet Urch, the capital of the Tower Dimension nation. Around 19 BBY, the Chiss Ascendancy sent Ambassador Boadil'par'gasoi, core name "Ilparg," on a diplomatic mission to Urch aboard the Nightdragon man-of-war Vigilant.

The Vigilant asked the traffic controller to give them permission to launch Ilparg's shuttle; however, the Urchiv-ki refused their request, telling the man-of-war that the Chiss were not welcome to Urch. Shortly after, a group of warships affiliated with the Nikardun Destiny hegemony attempted to capture the Vigilant, but the Chiss vessel escaped. The Urchiv-ki traffic controller spoke the Taarja trade language while speaking with the Vigilant.
