Whaluta Skanni

Whaluta Skanni was a Quarren who worked as a contract broker in the town Jaunta's Hope on the moon Toshara. In 3 ABY, Skanni was based just outside the Daruda Diner in the town and offered contracts from three criminal groups active on Toshara: the Pyke Syndicate, Crimson Dawn, and the Hutt Cartel. The Quarren had orange skin and black eyes. While outside the diner, they wore a tan shirt with a brown tunic and brown belt over it as well as brown pants, brown boots, brown gloves, and a green scarf.

The thief Kay Vess accepted contracts from Skanni, although the Quarren despised having to resort to hiring someone they considered to be "riffraff."
