ZC-1140

ZC-1140 was a human stormtrooper who served the First Order. The trooper was stationed at a First Order re-education facility on the planet Batuu, where the trooper believed the local Batuuans needed a slight push to see the truth of the First Order. As such, four days before the installation was scheduled to fully open, ZC-1140 noted their belief that the Batuuans would thank the First Order for establishing the center when asked by fellow stormtrooper JE-1564, with whom the trooper was on guard duty.
