A battle in the Kalee system was one of the early space battles in the opening of the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and Sith Empire. Members of the Coruscant Aegis Squadron, supported by the Republic Navy, saving the crew aboard the Imperial space station on the outskirts of Kalee that was secretly preparing to defect to the Republic from a Sith fleet that tried to destroy the station.
