The Day of Ascendancy was a Naboo holiday celebrating the coronation of a new Monarch of Naboo. It was held a few days after the election, every two to four years depending on whether a new monarch had been elected in the planet's biannual elections or not. The coronation of Queen Padmé Amidala and the second coronation of Réillata were held on Days of Ascendancy in the years 32 BBY and 28 BBY.
