Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY, the Death Match on Tatooine, also known as a mission to Tatooine, was initated in the Mos Espa Grand Arena by Jabba Desilijic Tiure to reveal his Megadrioid to the criminal underworld. The match was set to be between the bounty hunter Beilert Valance and the droid, only for Valance's allies, T'onga's crew, to reveal themselves and help him destroy the unit. With the droid destroyed, the coming rescue of Han Solo would be easier.
