In 9 ABY, on the planet Lothal, the Mandalorian and former apprentice to Ahsoka Tano, New Republic Commander Sabine Wren, dueled Force-sensitive mercenary Shin Hati, who was attempting to steal a map to the missing Grand Admiral Thrawn for Morgan Elsbeth. Ultimately, Hati successfully escaped with the map after stabbing Wren in the stomach with her lightsaber.
