War
Far galaxy war
Canon Linked from 2 articles
A war occurred in the far galaxy, long before the New Republic Era. The Great Mothers, descendants from the ancient Witch Kingdom of the Dathmiri on Peridea, were in a hibernation sleep during the war. When they were reawakened by Mitth'raw'nuruodo, they discovered their way of life had been destroyed, and the far galaxy and Peridea were largely dead and barren from the war.
