Fiasco on Ryloth

The Black Sun criminal syndicate was involved in an fiasco on Ryloth by 3 ABY. The incident—which occurred on the Outer Rim planet Ryloth—was considered by the rogue archaeologist Doctor Chelli Lona Aphra to be significant for Black Sun.

That year, while attending an auction hosted by the criminal syndicate Crimson Dawn to gather intel on Crimson Dawn and other competitors of Lady Domina Tagge's Tagge Corporation, Aphra saw Black Sun in attendance, and pointed out the syndicate's Lord Gyuti to the smuggler Sana Starros. The archaeologist then expressed her wonder if Black Sun had ever recovered from the Ryloth fiasco, noting that Gyuti still had his head which suggested to her that the syndicate had.
