Imperial expansion
Canon Linked from 4 articles
The Imperial expansion was an expansion effort carried out by the Galactic Empire at some point during its reign across the galaxy. During this effort, the Empire erected a military base on the volcanic Outer Rim planet of Nevarro. This structure persisted into the New Republic Era and was used by Moff Gideon's faction of the Imperial Remnant for genetic experiments. In 9 ABY, the expansion era base was finally destroyed by a team led by Magistrate Greef Karga.
